Refund & Return Policy for Women’s Chef Coats
At The Modern Culinarian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item(s), we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unworn, unlaundered, and in its original condition.
- All tags must still be attached.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at returns@theModCul.com.
Return Shipping
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover the return shipping cost.
- Other Reasons (Exchange, Change of Mind, Sizing Issues, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. As a small business and growing start-up, we’re currently unable to cover return shipping costs. At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping. We believe this approach is best as we grow, and it allows us to keep creating the high-quality, thoughtfully designed chef coats you love.
