Where Do You Ship?
We are happy to provide shipping worldwide!
International: We ship international orders (outside of Canada) via UPS using a weight based rate that includes customs and duties at check out. Shipping fees are non -refundable
What Are Your Shipping Times?
Once we receive your order, we aim to process and ship within 1 – 3 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
What are the Shipping Costs?
We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
International (For customers outside of the US): The cost of UPS international shipping depends on the weight, destination, and speed of service.
International taxes may be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees applied to receive the goods into their country.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU.
The customs value is made up of; the price paid for the goods, the insurance cost, and the shipping cost.
How Does Pre-Order Work?
Taking advantage of our pre-order sale for the Chef Coats is the best way to ensure you get your choice color and size! Once you place your order, your payment will be processed at time of checkout. We are committed to having your order to you within 60 days.
Will I Get a Tracking Number?
Absolutely! Once we ship your package you'll receive an email with a tracking number. It usually takes 24 hours to be active then you should see updates every step of the way!
What If My Package is Missing?
USPS Priority Mail has built in insurance for up to $100 to protect your package in the unfortunate event of loss, theft, or damage. Should you have any issues with your package please contact us at support@themodcul.com
